Group bike ride March 8 to Singtime 2024, Portland Folkmusic Society's annual music retreat at Menucha Conference Center. (You are welcome to come on the ride whether or not you attend Singtime.) The stop in Troutdale includes time for lunch, beer, recharging batteries etc. From there it's about an hour and 15 minutes to Menucha, getting us there about 4:30 pm. (Dorms open at 4.) The whole ride from Portland is about 20 miles, and hilly. E-bikes recommended unless you are a strong rider. We will take our time, no one left behind! Our experienced guide, Frank Stevens, is mapping out a peaceful backroads route. Let's sing as we ride! Luggage service offered. (If you are attending Singtime) you do not have to carry everything by bike, we can get it to and from Menucha and Portland for you. We will return to Portland by the same route after Singtime, leaving Menucha at 12:30 pm March 10.
