Ride is a loop
Join us (Ada and Nick) on a ride to Boring and back. This ~40 mile ride will be anything but boooooring, as we pedal down the paved multi-use trail at a moderate pace. Plan to spend ~5 hours with us to complete the route. Whether you’ve always wanted to make it to Boring on your wheels or you’ve done it a few times, this ride is for you! We’ll keep a pace of ~10 mph, stop along the way to snack and hydrate, and have a ‘no-drop’ mentality. All wheels welcome. Come prepared - pack snacks and water. There will also be stops with food for sale and free flowing water if needed. Ride leaders will also bring some snacks to share + basic bike repair tools/supplies! Stops include: Mile 3 - Entrance to Sellwood Riverfront Park (feel free to meet us here) Mile 8 - Cartlandia (food available for purchase & bathroom) Mile 21 - Boring Station Trailhead Park (convenience store nearby & bathroom). Mile 35 – Cartlandia Meet at 10am at the Tilikum Bridge at Portland Opera, ride promptly at 10:30am. Catch us at the entrance to the Sellwood Riverfront Park at 10:50 if more convenient!
