Plaza on SW 1st in Beaverton, 1st St between Watson and Washington
We'll leave from the 1st St plaza but we will roll past Beaverton Transit Center so you should be able to catch us there too

Meet whenever the Arts ride is done, we'll hang out and stock up on snacks until 2:30ish and then roll out
End location: Pedalpalooza Kickoff Ride
Meet in Beaverton (after the Ride Westside Beaverton Arts Ride) and then wander with us down to Portland to join in the madness sure to ensue at the kickoff ride. Bring or be prepared to buy picnic snacks/drinks and we'll hang out for the afternoon. We are riding from outdoor seating for several local restaurants to a place with several local food trucks so you won't go hungry. I'll also bring Uno, others are welcome to bring card games or other fun activities that can be done in a conversation circle on the ground (table not guaranteed). The kickoff ride doesn't actually roll until 5ish but your ride leader wants to get there in time to get a pennant before they run out. FYI: the route will be pretty low traffic but there is a big climb up to the Zoo and then a major decent from the Zoo to downtown. No rush here, it's ok to climb slow. Make sure your brakes are in good working order.
