Dress Elegant, Bring Champagne Get your shirts pressed and dresses ready! This will be the tenth year, and the 11th running of our hangover inspired tradition. Ride through the streets of Portland dressed to impress, drinking the finest beverage of all time, or at least some approximation thereof. Easy light paced route with a sunset stop. Arrive dressed, refreshed & ready for the Dead Baby Bike Club Prom. Note: Champagne disappears quickly. This works best if everybody brings at least one bottle of bubbly. And please do pick one that says “Brut” unless you really like the sweet stuff. Cold, if you can swing it. Appetizers and nibbles always welcome, is that cake? How decadent Leave no trace, plan to take your bottles, cups, everything with you. No bubbles left behind. Please stay in the lane, let opposing traffic, people and bikes pass, this ride is a *celebration* not a protest, play nice. No Soap Bubbles, the only bubbles we like are the ones you will consume, sorry. And of course as always -- Pants optional, Bowties recommended. Meet at 6:00pm LADD'S CIRCLE in SE (Ladd Circle Park), darling this ride departs promptly at 7:00pm, ends at the start of Prom (Col. Summers??) Bring no minors, Leave no trace. Pedalpalooza for ever
