WeBike events are for women, trans, and non-binary folks. This includes but is not limited to trans men, trans women, cis women, agender, gender queer, gender fluid, gender nonconforming, and Two Spirit people. Read more about WeBike: thestreettrust.org/webike Come learn how to fix a flat in a relaxed and welcoming environment! Learn what tools to keep on hand so you don’t get stranded due to a flat. After a demonstration you’ll get hands-on practice time to change out a flat. We’ll have wheels, tools, and patch kits for you to practice with, but feel free to bring your own flat, too! This is a workshop for all experience levels: bring all your questions, and also bring your best tips and tricks to share. Can you fix a flat in 15 seconds by setting fire to your glue to make it instantaneous tacky? Eek! But we’d love to see that in action–show us! This is an indoor event. Masks are not required, but are welcome and will be provided if you want one. (Any fire demos will take place outside.) Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
