    Learn about the upcoming City election with a bike ride through all four of the new voting districts. 10:00AM - Learn about charter changes, and how ranked choice voting will work in front of Portland City Hall 11:00AM - Enjoy an easy slow paced ride led by BIKELOUD on Neighborhood Greenways through the new districts, starting with District 4 and ending in District 1. 1:00PM - Optional 22 minute return trip on the Max Blue Line from the end point near Gateway Transit Center.
