WHY WE'RE RIDING The US-funded genocide has caused millions to flee their homes. There is an urgent need to raise money for Palestinians trying to survive or evacuate. The ride ends at a fundraiser for friends and families in Gaza. At the end spot: DJ Anjali & the Incredible Kid, Jawaher PDX - Palestinian Baked Goods, Flowers for Palestine, screen printing with Printed Matter, local art, and more. Masks are encouraged on the ride & required at the end spot. Bring your masks, keffiyehs, and signs for visibility! Ride leader is Chris Olson, who is also running for city council in district 2. He is leading the ride as a private citizen, but would be happy to talk to folks one on one about election issues.
