    Time Sat, Jul 13, 2024, 9:30 AM

Time details Meet at 9:30 a.m., roll at 10 a.m.

End location End location: Merlo/158th MAX Station

Join us on a leisurely ride on a combination of neighborhood streets and Parks and Rec multi-use paths. We'll start at the Quatama MAX station, ride the Rock Creek Trail through Orchard Park, under US 26, past the Rock Creek soccer fields and Pirate Park, then a short stop at Bethany Village for drinks, snacks, and maybe playing in a fountain. Then we'll catch the Westside Trail to Oak Hills, then the Waterhouse Trail, ending at the Merlo/158th MAX station. Total distance is about 14 miles, mostly flat with a few rolling hills and a half-hour break in the middle for drinks and snacks. Learn how to get around Bethany without taking major roads, and a few secret neighborhood connections to the path system. We'll have an optional ending for those who are interested, another 2 miles to the BG Food Cartel in Beaverton. Kids are welcome but should either be strong riders or able to ride along in child seats or bucket bikes. Come as you are, ride what you have, no one left behind.
