Ride is a loop
Join some rad ladies (trans ladies, this means you too!) for a ride out to Milo McIver to camp in the hiker/biker (pay on site). It's around 35 miles from Portland. This is a self-supported bike trip. You'll need to tote your camp gear, clothes, food and drink. If you are not able to bike both ways with your gear and were thinking of arranging for a car to pick you up or deliver gear, this trip is not a good fit for you. We'll aim to stay together, but if you are much slower or faster than the group, please be prepared to follow the route (which will be provided after you sign up). I predict we'll be generally riding around 12mph, not scorchingly fast, but much faster than many rides on the Pedalpalooza calendar. We'll be riding on paved bike paths and country roads. If you are ready to sign up or if you have questions, please email. No further information will be posted here, you must be signed up to join. It's free except for the cost of the hiker/biker (not sure how much, less than $20). No dudes, no e-bikes*, no offense. *Due to the speed and battery requirements of e-bikes, they are not a good fit for this ride.
