Let's ride bikes to a park and practice yoga together! $10 suggested donation for the teachers - NO ONE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS. Please bring your own: SUNSCREEN, yoga mat, yoga props, hydration and snacks. 7:45am meetup Seven Virtues Coffee at The Zipper 8:00 ride to Piccolo Park 8:30 1 hour vinyasa yoga class at Piccolo Park Option to ride together to the meetup spot for the PSU Saturday Market Ride Stop outside Clinton Street Theater together About your instructor: Carla Bartow (she/her) started practicing yoga in 2012 and moved to PDX in 2013 for bikes and art. This is Carla's final project for her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification at People's Yoga, studying under Audra Carmine. Carla has practiced yoga for fourteen years, and Pedalpalozza'd for ten years. She can't wait to meet you!
