    Welcome to the 2nd edition of the North by Northeast Light Brigade Ride! Light up your bikes and join us on an adventurous ramble through North & Northeast Portland. Be prepared for some alleys, cool streets, incredible viewpoints and depending on Weather a cool dip in the River.
