This year we'll do TWO STOPS with a longer ride between the stops. 4:00 PM—Meet at STORMBREAKER BREWING (832 N Beech) 5:30 PM—Leave for 2nd stop 6:00 PM—Arrive at LOYAL LEGION (710 SE 6th Ave) -------------------------------------- We're blessed to live in the eye of the fresh hop storm. And indeed, most Oregon breweries leverage Washington's freshly-plucked hop harvest to brew the crispiest, brightest beers you'll encounter this calendar year. If you didn't know, fresh hops only come available around September, and it's tough for breweries outside of the north/mountain west to promptly import and brew them. And these beers go fast—typically, it's tough to find them past October 1st, when seasonal taps are turned over to festbiers. Fresh hop beers come in many shapes & sizes! Not just IPAs. We might encounter a fresh hop amber, golden ale, lager, hazy, saison, and kolsch. But the taps change quick, so no promises.
