Calling all cider lovers and fruit enthusiasts! Join us for the 4th Annual Cider Ride - a leisurely roll from tree to glass. We’ll admire community apple trees and chat all things cider as we check out several of Portland’s newest cideries. Meet up on Thursday August 28 at 5:00 pm for a cider social at the Mocks Crest apple tree (Skidmore Bluffs). We'll talk fruit and pollinators with Portland Fruit Tree Project while sipping cider. Please bring a reusable cup for tasting. Feel free to bring a bottle of your own cider or a favorite cider to share. Totally ok to show up without cider, but please wear a helmet. The ride will leave around 5:45 to visit cideries. The ride will end somewhere with cider and a patio, with an option to ride back to the start or meet up with TNR. Check back for the exact route and stops. Start: Mocks Crest, Cider social 5 - 5:45, Ride leaves at 5:45 End: TBD cider patio, option to ride back to start or continue on to meet up with TNR
