Celebrating the culinary masterpiece that is Pupusas--a traditional Salvadoran dish. We will be making 2 stops: Salvi PDX and Bicho's PDX to highlight [some] of Portland's best Pupusas. All are welcome to participate just know that this is a ride that will be SALVI LED, SALVI CENTERED, and SALVI CELEBRATED. All wheels welcome, no-drop ride (no one is left behind). Wear your Salvi shirts, jerseys, colors blue and white, bring your flags!
