MEET AT 6, ROLL AT 6:30. Bring lights! Calling all fans of Roman Mars - if you've wanted to know more about the streets and alleys of your city, this is the ride for you! My aim is to create a "99% Invisible, Live" experience. We'll explore the impact that human development and natural features have had on the streets of our city. Highways, streetcars, waterways, and housing development have all influenced the streets we ride our bikes on. This is not a "family friendly" ride per se (I don't know the first thing about leading a ride for tiny humans!) but children over the age of 12 might enjoy the content. I aim to share information at a middle-school level. We will ride at an 8-10 MPH pace and regroup at the top of hills.
