🛼 Neon 80s Waterfront Skate Night! 🌈 Bridge City Skate is a local skate group that hosts weekly community rollouts around Portland. In June, we’re throwing a Neon '80s Themed Skate, a vibrant night of inline and quad skating, open to all wheels! While the event is led by skaters, everyone is welcome as long as they follow our basic community guidelines: be respectful, inclusive, and kind, no discrimination of any kind. Break out the leg warmers, slap bracelets, and your brightest neon, it’s time to roll back to the raddest decade! This Social Skate is a chill 4.5-mile cruise around Portland’s waterfront with big 80s vibes and bigger style. Expect a slower pace with more stops than most bicycle focused Pedalpalooza rides. 🕖 Meet-Up: 7:00 PM 📍 Location: S Meade St. & S Bond Ave. 🛞 Roll Out: 7:30 PM sharp 🎶 Theme: Neon 1980s — think disco, synthpop, and electric colors The route includes the Tilikum Crossing and the docks on the east side. Both areas have handrails to help go down, but the ability to navigate hills is recommended. Bring your smooth moves and a little balance. Costumes encouraged but never required, just bring your good vibes and wheels that roll. Let’s light up the night, 80s style! ✨
