Meet at 1 for activities, ride at 2
The Gaza Sunbirds is a para cycling team from Gaza who are calling on cyclists around the world to ride with them this weekend in solidarity with Palestine. We'll be riding not just in solidarity with Palestine, but with oppressed people everywhere! Through poetry, music, food, art, and storytelling, we'll get riders engaged with liberation struggles from Palestine to the Philippines, from India to Iran. Meet us at our start point an hour before we roll out. We'll have arts and crafts, educational activities, and fundraisers benefitting Palestinian families. 🎨🇵🇸 Then ride along with us to 3 different stops where we'll learn about other international causes (and how they're all connected). Our final stop will have more activities and food to share. Pace will be easy, and no one gets left behind. Location details tbd– check back closer to the ride.
