    Organizer World naked bike ride Portland

    (This ride and organizers are unaffiliated with Shift, Umbrella and PDXWNBR) We ride in solidarity with our cousins who are being kidnapped off our streets. We ride to protest the militarization of our city. We ride because we are somewhat confused, scared and powerless but we know we can do this. We know we can show support for the protestors by riding. We know we can bring attention to the issues the speakers at the start of the ride will raise. We know we’ve got to bring the nations gaze to the city and how we are obviously not a war zone. We know we must do something. So we’re doing this. Nudity is optional, respectful behavior is mandatory. Everyone rides at their own risk. Please make sure your bike is in good order. I’m Sound bikes welcome but we must insist on playing the playlist we have. It’s important we maintain a certain atmosphere for the first half of the ride. Once the second part of the ride starts please play any music you’d like. Endspot for dance party is planned. Banned riders are banned here too.
