    Rebellions are built on hope. Hope that there is a ride with solid tunes on a Sunday for a rare sunny day bike ride in mid Portland winter. All are welcome to this splinter group of a splinter group, (that’s based off of the original splinter group I guess?) for a chill Sunday cruise around. Come hang out, have fun, and get out of the house to bike around a bit. *Disclaimer* This is all for fun. The ride is real but it’s also going to be adjacent/in tandem to the chants ride just cuz. (Katie and Ela’s idea)
