Dress in florals, decorate your bike and collect flowers along the ride. This is a 1.5 mile, slow-paced, family-friendly, no-drop ride led by Councilor Mitch Green that rides along a portion of the Sunday Parkways route. Meet up: 11:15 a.m. at Spring Garden Park. Beginning: Spring Garden Park, south side entrance at Dolph (round plaza area). Middle: SW 40th and Capitol Hwy (pit stop for bike flags, flowers, snacks and water) End: Multnomah Arts Center Support for a return ride to Spring Garden Park is available. Bring your own helmet! Helmet check and helmet adjustment available for kids. Run through the A-B-C Quick Check and bike basics with a certified cycling safety instructor.
