Juice Box Bike Club presents a Daycare Ride A ride for people who need to get their tiny humans napped by noon-ish, but still want to have a good time riding around during Pedalpalooza. Bring bubble machines, bubble makers, colorful flags, noise makers and the like to the ride. Corkers would be appreciated for this since we have to cross Stark and Morrison. Ride will start at Seawall Crest Playground, we'll make our way on 34th over to the Laurelhurst Park Playground for our first stop, then meander downhill Pine or Ankeny and veer back south on 16th/17th street to end at the Splashpad at Colonel Summers park. Total of 3 miles, 17 mins that we'll stretch out across 1.5 hrs :) The ride leaders will bring juice boxes and goldfish to share. Meet at 10am, roll by 10:20am. We'll prioritize safety when planning the route to ensure a fun experience for kiddos (and parents) who are still getting comfortable on their bikes. Rides will be short, because you know, meltdowns.
