Ride length: 3-8 miles
Ride naked together to the Fig Leif Naked Ride. Leave from the Pearl District, we'll ride slowly up the hill together. It's a pretty ride, uphill all the way. Two water fountain stops. One bridge-view stop. Smile and wave at bystanders. We'll do some pro-forest chants. Then we roll through past pretty neighborhood houses with gardens and views, and up into the tall trees of Forest Park. It's only 3.5 miles, but we will be going slow. Buy food at the fabulous World Foods supermarket before the ride if you'd like. All of our rides are protests. We will be protesting the proposal to cut a huge swath of forest in Forest Park for a new powerline corridor. Bring protest signs if you like! We will have body paint. Notes: If the weather forecast is for steady rain or other unpleasant weather for nakedness, we may cancel the ride. Cancellations will be posted by 11:59 pm the night before the night before the ride. Today we are also doing naked rides at 8:00 am, a 10:30 am, 6:00 pm ride and 8:30 pm.
