Meet at 6:15, leave at 7
Beat the heat with ice cream and a dip in the river! There are two ice cream places near the start - Cheese & Crack, and Fifty Licks. Come earlier so you have time to grab a cone at one of them and rejoin your fellow campers at Rainbow Road! Then a short ride to the river, ending at Duckworth Dock to swim. Banned riders are banned here. Please do not smoke near the group.
