Ride length: 3-8 miles
Join us for a musical ride through Sunnyside to Mt Tabor for Tabor Dance! We will be meeting at the Ankeny Rainbow Road Plaza at 5:00pm, roll out at 5:30 for a little jaunt to Tabor Dance, an awesome DIY arts and music gathering. Short and sweet ride of about 5 miles at a slow and social pace featuring a fun mix of electronic music. We will arrive at Tabor not long after 6pm when the festivities are getting started. We will then set up an 'Ambient Lounge' near the party featuring comfy blankets and relaxed music for people to chill or take a break. Feel free to bring a pillow, yoga mat, or camping chair to chill with us there if you want. We will also be biking back to the start point after Tabor Dance ends around 9:00 - 9:30 for those that want to ride back with us. Our start point will be commingled and the BikeLoudPDX happy hour at Gorges Beer and Bike to Swim which is also departing from Rainbow Road around the same time. We will be hanging out for the happy hour from 4:00 onward so come early and grab a beer. Around 5:15 we will start gathering in the parking lot next to Moonshot prior to roll out to distinguish ourselves from the other rides. Ride leader is the guy with blue hair towing the sound.
