Join one of seven guided bike bus routes that will ride to Downtown Portland Sunday Parkways on September 13th! A bike bus is a fun way to commute via bicycle in a welcoming and family-friendly setting. We want all Portlanders to learn how to confidently bike from their homes to downtown any day of the year. We are partnering with Mike Bennett Studios to include seven “critters” that are featured on our bike bus map, which will start in different parts of the city. Bike Bus Volunteers will lead two inbound rides to Downtown Portland Sunday Parkways, and one outbound rides leaving the Downtown Portland Sunday Parkways ride. Inbound bike bus rides are scheduled to depart at 11 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Outbound rides will depart Downtown Portland Sunday Parkways at 3 p.m. This is the Sloth Route to Sunday Parkways. It will start at East Portland Community Center and have a designated pick up at Franklin High School, Clinton Plaza, and Ladd's Circle if you want to join along the way.
