We will START the discussion at 1pm, and ride soon after. Please arrive early.
For cyclists of most levels, and people with any level of interest in Buddhism-from the idly curious to Zen Monk! We'll meet, have a quick discussion of the history and sects of Buddhism, then visit a number of active Buddhist groups, centers, and temples in SE Portland. The first 5 stops are within 6 blocks apart, then we'll go onto longer rides as the (usually more visually striking) places get further apart. Riders are free to leave according to their ability/time constraints/ interest. 2010 is our 3rd year and 4th ride. Details about route TBA.
