Read more about WeBike: thestreettrust.org/webike Fall is in the air, and you know what that means: it’s time for another WeBike Pumpkin Patch Ride! Find us at Kenton Park, where we’ll depart for a fun and easy spin to Fazio Farms Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival. We’ll meet at 10:30, ride at 11, and we plan to return to Kenton Park around 1 p.m. This is a free event for WTFNB+ folks, but we ask that you RSVP so we know how many people to expect. The ride: Expect a 4-5 mile loop starting and ending at Kenton Park. Meet us at the northeast corner of the park, near N Argyle & N Brandon. Our route will take us on neighborhood greenways, bike lanes, and the Columbia Slough Trail multiuse path. This is a beginner-friendly ride, which means we’ll start off by discussing group ride safety and etiquette, we’ll ride slowly (<10 mph), and we’ll make sure to stop and regroup whenever necessary. The festival: We’ll enjoy the fall vibes at Fazio Farms, including a pumpkin patch (obvi), snack shack, produce tent, and more. Admission is free but tickets to the corn maze are $5. Coming by transit? Kenton Park is easily accessible via the MAX yellow line (take the Kenton/N Denver Ave stop) as well as the #4 bus.
