    City of Portland Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) meets monthly on 2nd Tuesday at 6:00pm to review projects of interest to cyclists and discuss bike issues. BAC advises the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT), City Council and ALL bureaus on ALL matters relating to the use of the bicycle as a means of transportation and recreation.
