The clinic is part 1 of 3-part evening series. Wonk out on the rules of the road and get ready for applied "Audible Signal" ride at 6:30 to "Eine Brise" at 7:30 on Mt. Tabor. More and more people traverse by cycle and sandal as the weather becomes finer, so check in on rights and responsibilities for people when cycling and walking.
