KIDS OF ALL AGES! IT'S BACK AGAIN! Decorate yr bike and helmets with all sorts, sizes and shapes of BALLOONS!!! We'll have twisters on hand to help you deck out yr bike. Then we'll have a Balloon Parade down the Eastside Esplanade, showing off our "bike floats." This has been a popular and creative event in the past, so get there early! Meet at the Lippman Company at 10 AM to decorate, ride will begin around 11:30 and we'll be done around noon.
