    Grab your mountain bike and let's hit the trail, right here in the city! We will spend about 1 1/2 hours exploring several exciting places where the pavement ends and the fun begins, ending up at a choice venue for some grub. Includes a cool shortcut from NE to NoPo. Change out those slicks for some knobbies and get ready for some thrills (and maybe a couple of hills, too)!
