Discover why Portland is the food cart capital of the U.S. with Cartopia: Portland's Food Cart Revolution author, Kelly Rodgers. We'll talk about how the food carts established, how and why the pods have grown and evolved, and what the future holds for the carts, based on trends here and across the country. We'll start downtown at 10th and Alder, travel north along Vancouver to see some different varieties of carts and pods, and finish with lunch at Mississippi Marketplace. Free ride, but bring money to buy lunch and snacks along the way.
