We miss the Eastern European comfort food of our Midwest homes. Come explore the foods of Germany, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, and Hungary with us. We'll start with pierogies in Sellwood and finish with chicken paprikas (and beer) at my house near Mt. Tabor.
