Decoating begins at 3...ride will take off as soon as everyone's ready

Lippman CO. presents...Pedal-Balloonza IV ! What’s a Pedal-Balloonza? As part of Portland’s Pedalpalooza, come decorate and celebrate your bike with twisty balloons. Our in-house twisters will show you how. Decorating starts at 3 PM and the all-ages family ride begins at about 3:30. We will ride up the Esplanade and back, from about the Hawthorne to the Steel Bridge. We will be finished by 4:30 PM. Some balloons will be provided and we will also be selling pumps and balloons if you want to bring your new skills home with you. Parents please accompany children under 12.
