    West Hills resident Eric Nagle is attempting to ban skateboarding on 10 streets in SW Portland. While it may sound trivial, this ban could seriously impact the precedent for banning a form of transportation on a public street at the behest of an individual's urging. Let's show up and urge our council members to vote no on the ban. Want to testify? Please keep it concise. Your testimony must be under 3 minutes.
