    The picture of former Portland Mayor Bud Clark flashing a nude sculpture in downtown Portland has spread far and wide since it was taken in 1978 and given the caption, "Expose Yourself to Art." Join Bud Clark 35 years later for a tour of Portland's public art. Whoop! Whoop!! Co-sponsored by the Bicycle Transportation Alliance (BTA) and the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC).
