Out of the turmoil and carnage of the 60’s many Portland iconic institutions were started. Between January of 1970 and December of 1979 the visions of the prior decade came to fruition. Take a slow and deliberate bike tour of the downtown area (with some excursions further out). We will stop to discuss and consider.
