    Ever wonder why Santa appears randomly, without any real warning, on Portland streets, offering to sing NAKED for a dolla? That is because he is homeless, caused by global warming. North Pole melted. Here's a bright genius idea from Utah. Simply give Santa and the homeless a home. Roll aimlessly around Downtown, ending at City Hall, for the sleep-in potluck. Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE show some Santa Love to the earlier Day of Action rides for safer streets and against Global Warming. New sign: WILL SING NAKED FOR SAFER STREETS.
