Tourists come through Portland in a complicated path that must wind past SW 3rd & Ankeny, where a tiny, porny doughnut shop has made an international splash. Rain, 100-degree shine or hail, the tourists fan out from the corner, a dozen or two prize Voodoo Doughnuts held like trophies before them. But Portland has so much more to offer! Were going to discover how it is Portlands legendary bike tour guides get their fried dough fix. Our tour will experience doughnuts like people who have put in 100s of hours and dollars on their bikes, searching out doughnut shops and testing as many as we could burn off on the way home. Our 3ish-hour bike tour will stop at 3-4 doughnut purveyors with about 12 miles of biking. Bring cash.
