On the eve of Independence Day, ride with us to demand an equal voice in our government and an end to the crisis of big-money corruption and voter suppression.Well meet at Oregon park and deck out our rides before heading downtown with great fanfare, where well chalk up city hall to spread our message that weve had enough of the status quo of plutocracy. Well end with a block party at an undisclosed location in Northeast.Democracy Spring made history in D.C. last April when 1400 people were arrested at the Capitol in mass civil disobedience to protest the corruption and voter suppression that has put our government in the hands of just a few billionaires. Now, the nonviolent struggle for democracy has come to Oregon!
