2nd rescheduling of the FIRST EVER NOISE BIKE RIDE Noise Bike is a bicycle that makes noise as it moves. It's not...good, but it works and it's kinda loud and I'm kinda proud of it. You should come check it out. Noise is not music, but it's also kind of a kind of music. You can read about some kinds of noise here: https://noise.thehardtimes.net/2019/07/03/a-beginners-guide-to-noise-music/ one of my favorite noise records is by a Portland band called Yellow Swans. it's on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euHoHdpGOa0 All noise makers are welcome at this ride, and speaker bikes should feel free to play any type of noise, but like, play noise. No dance music. This might be a drop ride. I will have maps at the start. It won't be that hard or that fast, but it won't be that easy or slow either. There will be a hill. I made 7* copies of a cassette tape of recordings I made at bike rides in June. These will be free to lucky ride attendees. To get one, you need to ask for one. Be prepared to be asked for proof that you own a tape player. So no one custom orders a vintage hi-fi on etsy just to be disappointed by the trash on the tape, you can listen here now: https://noisebike.bandcamp.com/album/minimum-viable-noise-bike ***UPDATE*** THERE WILL BE 7* T-SHIRTS AVAILABLE FOR FREE AT THIS RIDE NOW. They aren't good and I couldn't be happier about them. Sizes are on the small side. To get one, you have to ask for one. One has long sleeves! *6.66 rounded to the nearest whole
