    Join Milagro and The Street Trust for the 4th annual Central Eastside Muertos Celebration Bike Altar Tour. Latina visual artists from IDEAL PDX, a collective of Latino Portland-based artists have constructed Dia de Muertos altars in eight local businesses that the ride will visit. The event begins with bike decorating inside Milagro’s zocalo. Water-proof costumes are encouraged! This ride is not a loop, but it ends half a mile from the start.
