Ride is a loop
End location: Vera Katz Statue
Time to ride! We will be leaving the Vera Katz Statue at 10am sharp! Meeting up at 9:30. This is for the full route which is 69 miles and 2,141 feet of elevation. There is a route for a shorter route leaving Camas after the Safeway store stop but no leader at the time of the posting. We have the route if someone is interested in that as well. This is going to be a difficult route and as always we have a no drop mentality but must maintain timeframes to get everyone home at a decent hour. The entire route will have gravel, dirt/mud, some, pathways and bike lanes. This route will be hard and fun with some beautiful sites to see. Come ride and get a feel for the longer route and take the shorter one which is about 52 miles and 1,763 feet of elevation. Bring fenders, rain gear, just in case, lights and your P.M.A.!

Family Friendly Rolling Parade of Lights and high energy
Roses equipment and supply, 207 SE Clay St Portland, OR 97214 United States
A separate group is hosting a Masked section, they’re meeting at Electric blocks
PDXWLF , Tom, Mark and NakedHearts:PDX
Sat, Feb 8, 2025, 6:30 PM
Ride leaves at 7 sharp.
8:00 PM
End location: Ride ends at WTC
A highlight of the Winter for the cycling community. There’s the ride to the Xmas lights at PIR in early December (Tom Howe and NH), then Bianca’s, A Merry Techno Xmas ride, then this ride to the PDXWLF. It’s a beacon of light during the colder, darker months. The ride is very family friendly and feels like a blend of Loud n Lit and Portland Sunday Parkways. The ride itself is full of art bikes and people lighting up themselves for the festival as we are a rolling parade. There’s installations across the road at The Electric Blocks. Many things to see on the ride itself including a great dance performance at Directors park and at the end spot at WTC. But, we are an installation ourselves. A word of caution, a lot of us are experienced with how to handle tram tracks downtown, but even if you’re comfortable, please try and not cross parallel tracks because a cyclist might follow you who doesn’t have your technique and then wreck. As with all our rides we practice consent and non-violence. The few riders who’ve been banned from NakedHearts rides are requested not to attend.

Corvidae BC
Sun, Feb 9, 2025, 1:00 PM
Meet at 1PM. Roll out at 2PM
*ATTENTION! RIDE TIME CHANGE JAN 2025 & BEYOND* Join us for a Second Sunday Funday ride every month. Meet at the Peninsula Park Rose Garden Fountain or the Gazebo (weather-dependent) at 1PM. We roll out at 2PM. Each month is led by a different CORVIDAE member, and therefore will be unique. We try to focus our rides on greenways, group etiquette and silliness. In addition to bike safety and accessibility, we want to promote using bicycles as an alternative to fossil fueled travel within Portland. This is a no-drop ride, but please bring your repair kit with a spare tube so we can keep the ride rolling. Please bring your own provisions; we’ll be stopping near stores, but not at them. Each member has an eye out for the crowd, will cork, sweep and be a general pillar of support. Ride pace is casual at around 10 miles with a few park stops. We aim to impress that this is a safe environment for all; no aggressive, sexist, racist, or any other kind of BS will be tolerated. Please review our Corvidae Code of Conduct on our FB main page or IG highlights.

Ride is a loop
End location: Ride is always a loop
Our instagram is nakedHeartspdx so you can see how we ride. Weekly themed rides. Different ride leaders each week, but you can expect the ride to be social paced (8ish mph), no-drop, safe and welcoming, store stop with safe clean bathroom access and the ride is always a loop. We practice consent and non-violence specially with car interactions, what one ride does affects how all rides get treated. The Mellow Mondays are a space for (new) ride leaders to try out ideas in a very supported environment. You’ll often see Mondays rides appearing again during the warmer riding season. We follow the shift code of conduct and expect everyone to be respectful of themselves and others around them. This is so we can actually relax and have fun and connect with each other in a softer space. This isn’t a sober ride but we ask for moderation to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We recommend Abraham Fixes bikes in N Williams and NomadCycles (e-bike specialist) for repairs/sales and parts. Our friends over at RideSafePDX host regular ride and we’ recommend those as a pleasant warm group to ride with.
